Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Jr. MERN Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to building high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You will be responsible for end-to-end development from understanding business requirements and designing intuitive interfaces to building robust backend systems and ensuring smooth deployment.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web and mobile applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, React Native and Node.js.

- Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into user-friendly interfaces.

- Build scalable, high-performance backend APIs and services.

- Integrate front-end components with server-side logic for seamless functionality.

- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding best practices.

- Optimize applications for maximum performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in JavaScript and web development, applying them to

enhance solutions.

- Manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines while maintaining high code quality.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters degree is a plus).

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a MERN Stack Developer or in a similar full-stack

role.

- Strong proficiency in React.js for front-end development, including state management and

component-based architecture.

- Solid experience in Node.js and Express.js for backend API development.

- Expertise in working with MongoDB and understanding database design principles.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, authentication, and microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git/GitHub).

- Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an added advantage.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
