We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can own features end-to-end across web and mobile.

-You should be strong with Next.js, React Native, Express.js, MongoDB, Redis, and comfortable using modern AI-powered developer tools such as Cursor, Vercel v0, and others to boost productivity and code quality.

Youll work closely with product, design, and other engineers to build scalable, performant, and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across web (Next.js/React) and mobile

(React Native).

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Express.js and integrate with MongoDB & Redis.

- Architect and implement scalable backend services, including caching layers using Redis.

Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Cursor, Vercel v0, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to :

- Speed up development,

- Improve code quality,

- Generate boilerplate and refactors safely.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and code standards.

- Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.

- Collaborate with designers and product managers to convert requirements into technical solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and help improve engineering standards.

- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to reliability and monitoring (logs, alerts, metrics).

- Contribute to technical decisions, architecture discussions, and long-term tech strategy.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack / Software Engineer.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.

Hands-on Experience With :

- Next.js (SSR, SSG, routing, API routes, etc.)

- React Native (cross-platform mobile apps for iOS/Android).

- Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks.

- MongoDB (schema design, aggregation, indexing, performance tuning).

- Redis (caching, sessions, basic data structures; queues/pub-sub is a plus).

Practical Experience Using AI Development Tools, For Example :
- Cursor. Vercel v0.

- Other AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Codeium, etc.)

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication & authorization (JWT/OAuth).

- Experience with Git and modern development workflows (branches, PRs, code reviews).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment to cloud platforms (Vercel, AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and component-based architecture.

- Good understanding of software design patterns, clean architecture, and best practices.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
