- Foster collaboration among SAP analysts and developers to optimize performance and efficiency

- Set clear priorities and objectives for team members based on business needs and project demands

- Manage resource allocation and ensure continuity of service during peak periods and team shortages

- Ensure that incidents are addressed promptly within defined SLAs and escalate issues when necessary

- Analyze team workload and capacity to ensure effective distribution of tasks

- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service delivery

- Prepare regular reports on team performance for management review

- Lead service review meetings with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and areas for improvement

- Identify opportunities for process and service enhancements and implement solutions

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in user support

- Have a thorough understanding of order-to-cash processes with a focus on European business practices

Requirements :

- Demonstrate leadership and motivational skills.

- Proven ability to manage incident, change, and problem management processes

- Strong analytical mindset with IT system knowledge

- Functional experience with SAP SD and FICO modules

- Experience collaborating with teams in diverse geographical locations, such as Europe and India

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a team leader role within a similar environment

- Educational background in Economics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields

- Proficient in English at an advanced level
