Overview :

Leads engineering initiatives across security infrastructure, integrations, and platform optimization to support scalable operations.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain SIEM, SOAR, and Corporate Security platforms.

- Oversee onboarding and tuning of customer integrations.

- Collaborate with SOC and IR on telemetry enhancement.

- Lead engineering projects and mentor staff engineers.

- Develop automation and custom APIs for efficiency.

Technical Skills :

- SIEM architecture, SOAR development, and log pipeline design.

- Scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).

- Knowledge of identity, network, endpoint, SaaS, and cloud infrastructure security controls.

Soft Skills :

- Leadership and mentorship.

- Excellent documentation and project management.

- Analytical problem-solving.

Minimum Requirements :

- 7+ years in cybersecurity engineering.

- 2+ years leading teams or projects.

Preferred Requirements :

- CISSP and/or CCSP certifications.

- Experience in cloud-native or MSSP environments.
