Job Summary :

Zywave is seeking a Team Lead .NET, Azure & React to lead the development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with expertise in .NET, Azure technologies, React, SQL Server, and Git, capable of guiding a high-performing engineering team, driving best practices, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using .NET, Azure, React, and SQL Server.

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA engineers to deliver impactful and high-quality solutions.

- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and efficient development workflows.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative engineering culture.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across front-end, back-end, and cloud environments.

- Support release management, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance scalability, security, and performance.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a team leadership role.

Proven hands-on expertise in :

- NET Framework/Core, C#.

- Azure Technologies (DevOps, Pipelines, Cloud Services).

- React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- SQL Server (T-SQL).

- Git.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and project delivery.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Mandatory Skills :
