Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Team Lead - .NET Core to lead a team of developers and drive the development of enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, database management, and SDLC processes, along with prior team handling experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web-based enterprise applications

- Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 developers

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical/application issues

- Ensure high-quality coding standards and timely project delivery

- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and management for project execution

- Handle deployment, production support, and application maintenance

- Ensure adherence to SDLC and quality processes

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development using C#.NET, ASP.NET, and ADO.NET

- Strong experience in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery

- Strong expertise in Oracle / SQL Server, query writing, Stored Procedures, and User Defined Functions

- Good understanding of SDLC processes including Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Production Support

- Experience in designing, developing, unit testing, debugging, and delivering defect-free applications

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a Team Lead / Technical Lead role

- Experience working in Product Companies, ERP Companies, B2B SaaS Companies, or service companies working with product/ERP clients

- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in ERP or database-intensive applications

- Knowledge of AJAX, Crystal Reports, Infragistics Grid & Controls

- Exposure to version control systems and technical documentation

- Experience in code reviews and performance optimization

Educational Qualification :

- BE / BTech / ME / MTech in Computer Science or related discipline

Additional Requirements :

- Stable career history preferred

- Current designation should be Team Lead / Technical Lead / Lead Engineer / Associate Manager or above

- Candidates from South India preferred
