Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 IT professional to oversee the administration, optimization, and advancement of our D365 environment. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong expertise in IT infrastructure, ERP applications, and Microsoft technologies, capable of driving large-scale IT initiatives while ensuring seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the overall administration, configuration, and maintenance of the D365 environment to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

- Lead the implementation, optimization, troubleshooting, and resolution of system-related issues.

- Oversee IT projects including the design, deployment, integration, and migration of IT applications, systems, and services.

- Monitor IT system performance to evaluate cost efficiency and productivity, recommending improvements to enhance business processes and controls.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to analyze business requirements and develop tailored IT solutions.

- Provide application support and troubleshoot internal IT software applications.

- Ensure smooth rollout and management of IT ERP applications and infrastructures across diverse technologies.

Incumbent Profile :

- Experience : Minimum 10 years in IT Infrastructure with proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations).

- Strong domain knowledge across modules : Finance, Accounts, Supply & Distribution, Purchase, Inventory, and Production.

- Demonstrated track record of leading and managing large IT projects, including ERP application rollouts and integrations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Cloud, MS SQL databases, and exposure to Microsoft Power BI (preferred).

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to deliver effective IT solutions aligned with business needs.
