Helpful Insight Private Limited is looking for a Team Lead MERN Stack Developer with expertise in Next.js and Nest.js for our development team. You will be part of a team that manages the end-to-end operations of all our products and services.

Experience : 3-6 years.

Location : Mansarovar, Jaipur (On-site).

Must Haves Skills : React.js, Node.js, Next.js, Express.js, MongoDB.

Candidate must have 2+ year experience in Next.js.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle and guide the development team, including mid-level developers, juniors, and interns, ensuring their growth and productivity.

- Lead sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups, providing technical direction and mentorship as needed.

- Coordinate between team and project management, ensuring timelines, priorities, and goals are aligned.

- Develop and maintain web applications using Core/Advance JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and Next.js.

- Create dynamic and interactive user interfaces using Next.js, leveraging its server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) capabilities.

- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to support front-end requirements.

- Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and bugs.

- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with best practices.

- Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Preferred Skills :

- Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer with expertise in Next.js.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript and modern front-end development principles.

- Proficiency in building and maintaining APIs using Node.js.

- Solid knowledge of React.js and state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.

- Familiarity with Next.js features like SSR, SSG, and API routes.

- Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
