Team Lead - Laravel Development

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Laravel Developer to lead a team of talented developers in building high-quality, scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Laravel, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time while maintaining coding standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Laravel developers.

- Architect, design, and develop secure and scalable web applications using Laravel (PHP).

- Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain coding standards.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Manage project timelines, estimations, and deliverables.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

- Stay updated with the latest Laravel features, PHP trends, and web development best practices.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong expertise in Laravel framework (minimum 4+ years).

- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and RESTful API development.

- Hands-on experience with Git version control.

- Strong understanding of MVC architecture.

- Experience with authentication, authorization, queues, and event broadcasting in Laravel.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Vue.js or Angular.js.

- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS, Azure).

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
