We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead - Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. This role demands strong technical expertise in full-stack development along with exceptional leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of talented engineers.

What Youll Do :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers.

- Drive code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.

Development :

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable full-stack solutions.

- Work with Angular (various versions), Java, Spring Boot, Spring, Hibernate, MVC.

- Build microservices and integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and databases (MSSQL, MySQL, RDBMS).

- Hands-on with IDEs (IntelliJ, NetBeans, etc.) and testing tools (JUnit/Spock/Groovy).

Project Management & Delivery :

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.

- Manage sprints and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Quality & Continuous Improvement :

- Implement automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 9+ years of relevant experience in full-stack development.

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

- Proven experience leading teams in an agile environment.
