Team Lead - Full Stack Development

Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong Team Lead capabilities, specializing in Angular and Node.js.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a small development team, designing scalable applications, and ensuring high-quality delivery within timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of frontend and backend developers.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectural designs.

- Develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using Angular and Node.js.

- Review code, enforce best practices, and guide the team in modern development standards.

- Collaborate with product owners, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

- Optimize application performance, security, and maintainability.

- Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and progress tracking.

- Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Technical Skills Required :

Frontend :

- Strong expertise in Angular (v10+)

- Experience with TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS

- Knowledge of responsive UI frameworks (Bootstrap / Material)

- Understanding of state management (NgRx preferred)

Backend :

- Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js

- REST API design and development

- Experience with microservices architecture (good to have)

Database :

- Working knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases

- (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB preferred)

DevOps & Tools :

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, code review tools

- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes is an advantage

Leadership Skills :

- Strong team management and mentoring capabilities

- Ability to drive technical discussions and decision-making

- Experience in sprint planning, estimation, and agile methodologies

- Excellent communication and stakeholder handling

Experience Required :

- 8+ years of total development experience

- 13 years of team lead / technical lead experience

- Proven track record of delivering full-stack applications end-to-end
