Team Lead - Full Stack Development

Position : Team Lead for Full Stack Web Developer

Experience : 8 to 10 years

Location : Delhi

No of Positions : 1

Education : BE/BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics and Communication

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-end ownership for the full development lifecycle and strive to write code which is easy to test, debug and monitor

- Closely working with the end users and operation team and act in very rapid cycles using scrum methodologies

- Lead a development team of 10+ dynamic software engineers.

- Should collaborate with the team to implement the Design and review the change-sets made by team.

- Should be responsible for delivering modules full-filling all the performance matrices.

- Design And Deployment should be with respect to Cloud Aware Architecture(AWS, S3, Route53, CDN, etc)

- All implementation would be based on Multi Server Architecture with Multiple Cache Layer (using PHP, Redis, Twig, Javascript, SQL, Mongo.)

- Should Write Best Optimal SQL Queries.

- Should Train and mentor the juniors in the team.

Candidate Requirements :

- BE/BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics and Communication

- Should have minimum 65% through out the academics.

- Should have good knowledge on Common design patterns.

- Should have strong knowledge and hands on experience working in OOPs (C++ / Java / Python / C# / PHP ).

- Should have hands-on Experience working on Web Technologies, Cloud Aware Design.

- Should have strong knowledge and hands on experience of writing best optimal SQL Queries.

- Should be Proficient in Any Scripting Language.

- Should be strong with analytics and problem solving skills

- Should have good inter-personal communication skills.

- Past experience on developing a web platform to handle large concurrent user base would be a huge plus.

- Contribution to Open Source will be a great advantage
