Team Lead - Full Stack Development

Job Summary :

The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of web development projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes within set timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead frontend, UX/UI, and full stack web development teams to implement solutions that meet both user and business needs.

- Drive the integration and optimization of Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) tools like Heap and Whatfix for client websites and applications.

- Take ownership of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, and monitoring of deliverables.

- Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.

- Develop and maintain clear, concise project documentation and user guides.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices in coding, security, and UX design.

Requirements :

- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, wire framing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

- Experience in building responsive and accessible websites with a focus on user-centric design.

- Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, Python, Java, or Ruby on Rails.

- Strong experience with databases, including SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase).

- Ability to integrate and customize DAP tools within existing web applications.

Education and Experience :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- At least 7+ years in web development with a focus on frontend, UX/UI, and full stack technologies.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in team leadership and project delivery
