- Tech Stack - Asp.Net, C#, SQL

Technical Skills :

- Should have experience in c#, ASP.Net, Api's, MVC etc

- Should have strong experience in MS SQL Server.

- Should have hands on experience in designing and understanding complex relational databases.

- Should have experience in performance optimizations on SQL database/query.

- Should have experience in writing SQL queries for complex relational databases.

- Should have good problem solving skills.

Project & Delivery Ownership :

- Should have experience in effort estimation, planning, task assignment, and status tracking.

- Should have experience in complete software lifecycle from requirement gathering/discussion, development/implementation to deployment and maintenance.

- Should have handle multiple projects at a time.

- Should have experience in handling team and collaboration skills.

- Should have good work ethics and provide motivation to team members.

Documentation & Communication :

- Should be capable of preparing technical documentation (design docs, deployment guides, user manuals).

- Should have strong communication skills for client interactions and internal presentations.

Requirements :

Education Qualification : BE/B Tech/MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science & IT)

Minimum Years of Experience : 8-10 years
