Job Title : Team Lead - ERPNext

Job Location : Ahmedabad (Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced and driven ERPNext Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in ERPNext implementation, customization, and support, and will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of ERP projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects across various departments.

- Customize and configure ERPNext modules to meet business requirements.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ERPNext systems.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure timely delivery.

- Mentor junior team members and coordinate tasks within the ERP team.

- Conduct training sessions and prepare documentation for end-users.

- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure system stability and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 4 - 5 years of strong, hands-on experience with ERPNext (implementation, customization, and support).

- In-depth functional and technical understanding of ERPNext modules such as Accounting, Inventory, HR, Sales, Purchase, etc.

- Proven experience in leading ERP projects and managing stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Frappe Framework is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
