About the Role :

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Delivery / Team Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple portfolios including web, mobile, cloud, and enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive delivery excellence, and partner with global clients, particularly across Europe and Germany.

This role blends technical expertise, leadership, and program management, ensuring high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams across multiple regions and time zones.

- Ensure optimal resource planning, capacity management, and skill development for delivery teams.

- Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

- Promote knowledge sharing, technical best practices, and continuous improvement.

- Drive end-to-end delivery of complex programs including mobile, web, cloud, and enterprise solutions.

- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.

- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, budgets, and delivery SLAs.

- Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve delivery challenges proactively.

- Establish metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for program visibility and client communication.

- Provide hands-on expertise in Enterprise Java technologies : Spring, JEE, Quarkus.

- Exposure to TypeScript, Python, or Go for cross-stack understanding.

- Guide adoption of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps practices (Kubernetes, Terraform), and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI).

- Promote Agile delivery frameworks, DevOps culture, and modern engineering practices.

- Partner with European/German clients, understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions.

- Conduct status reviews, steering meetings, and technical workshops with stakeholders.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and delivery excellence.

- Leverage experience in BFSI, Retail, or Manufacturing domains to provide context-aware solutions.

- Contribute to digital transformation strategies, platform modernization, and process optimization initiatives.

- Provide inputs to proposal creation, solutioning, and thought leadership initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12+ years of experience in IT delivery, program, or portfolio management.

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional, multi-region teams.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Enterprise Java (Spring, JEE, Quarkus).

- Working knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), DevOps (Kubernetes, Terraform), and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI).

- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and modern delivery models.

- Experience collaborating with European / German clients.

- Domain experience in BFSI, Retail, or Manufacturing.
