Job Description :

Summary :

- The candidate will be supporting the Database Production Operations of the SFMS applications

- The candidate should have the skill to mentor the team and work paralelly

Experience :

- Candidate should have strong 5-8 years of experience as Senior Produc on Support Engineer/Analyst.

- On soware applica ons like, Oracle DB, Postgres.

- Windows and any one of the UNIX environments (AIX/RHEL).

- Experience in leading, managing and direc ng a team of people to deliver results.

Certifications : Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)

Knowledge :

Candidate should have good knowledge of Windows and any one of the UNIX environments (AIX/RHEL).

- Sound knowledge of Oracle databases on RAC platform with hands on experience with design, development, and implementation in a large enterprise.

- Solid hands-on experience with Oracle RAC database management and support.

- Hands on experience with database security and database encryption.

- Expert level knowledge of database auditing, audit logging, creating benchmark for audit points.

- Expert level knowledge of user access management and database privileges.

- Hands on experience with deploying database security patches and remediation of database vulnerabilities.

- Hands on experience with installation, configuration and maintenance for Oracle 12c/19c RAC and 12c/19c ASM.

- Sound knowledge about RMAN backup/recovery experience on very large databases.

- Sound knowledge is required with Oracle performance analysis using several tools Statspack, SQL tracing, AWR, ASH report etc

- Responsible for building, implementation, configuration, managing, documenting, and tuning PostgreSQL 11 and above database with Redhat Linux.

- Support PostgreSQL databases through the development and production lifecycles with related operational teams.

- Provide PostgreSQL database solutions reviews and advises within company policies; Troubleshoot and resolve PostgreSQL database related items.
