Team Lead - Bluelite IP Firmware Development

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader for Bluelite IP Firmware Development.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in C/C++ programming, excellent knowledge of data structures and pointers, and a solid understanding of wireless communication protocols.

You will lead a team to drive firmware development for cutting-edge wireless IP solutions.

Educational Qualification :

- B./B.Tech in CS, IT, or ECE with 8+ years of industrial experience

- M./M.Tech in Communication, CS, or IT with 6+ years of industrial experience

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead firmware development efforts for Bluelite IP.

- Provide technical direction and mentorship to the development team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and design solutions.

- Ensure firmware meets performance, scalability, and reliability standards.

- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and system integration activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Solid understanding of the basic working of over-the-air communication protocols, preferably Bluetooth or IEEE 802.15.

- Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex firmware projects.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
