Team Lead Angular Developer

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Angular Developer to lead a front-end development team in delivering high-quality, dynamic web applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Angular, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to guide projects from concept to deployment while ensuring code quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of Angular developers, fostering growth and skill development.

- Architect and implement scalable, maintainable front-end solutions using Angular.

- Collaborate closely with backend teams, designers, and project managers for seamless integration.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in UI development.

- Manage timelines, project estimates, and resource allocation.

- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and responsiveness.

- Stay updated with the latest Angular features, tools, and front-end trends.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong expertise in Angular (minimum 5+ years).

- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services.

- Familiarity with RxJS, state management, and Angular CLI.

- Proficiency in Git version control and collaborative development workflows.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of backend technologies like Node.js, Laravel, or other PHP frameworks.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud services.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
