TDIT Solution - Artificial Intelligence Engineer - Generative AI

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced AI Engineer to lead the end-to-end development of cutting-edge AI and generative-AI products. This role involves building scalable AI pipelines, fine-tuning large language models, deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to bring AI innovations to market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models and generative AI solutions

- Lead LLM fine-tuning, optimization, and evaluation for product-specific use cases

- Build and maintain AI pipelines, including RAG architectures and vector databases

- Architect and implement scalable AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI product vision and GTM strategy

- Build conversational AI/chatbot applications and deploy into production

- Drive experimentation, research adoption, and improvement of AI models and frameworks

- Conduct prompt engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and performance benchmarking

- Lead integration of model APIs, distributed compute, and MLOps frameworks

- Ensure data security, model governance, and compliance with AI ethics standards

- Mentor junior engineers and guide AI best practices across the organization
