TCS - PKI Engineer

Job Description :

- Responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and supporting enterprise-grade PKI environments

- Develop and maintain PKI architecture, including CA hierarchy, certificate templates and key management.

- Manage issuance, renewal, and revocation of digital certificates across systems and applications.

- Provide Level 3 support for PKI-related incidents, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.

- Troubleshoot certificate chain, trust issues, and application integration failures.

- Conduct regular audits, reporting, and remediation for certificate lifecycle management

- Maintain detailed technical documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.

- Ability to perform platform upgrades including version upgrades for Microsoft ADCS,

- SHA-1 to SHA-2 upgrades

- Analyze and co-ordinate security incidents involving digital certificates, Root cause investigations and lead remediation efforts

- Hands on Experience in Hardware security Module (HSM)

- Hands on Experience in Root CA and Sub CA Renewals

- Co-ordinate with vendors and external partners on Maintenance, support and Key backups

- Mentor and train junior PKI Engineers on best practices and operational procedures
