ROLE OVERVIEW :

We are looking for an execution-focused Associate Product Manager (APM) to support the development and delivery of AI-driven, content-heavy products used by tax and legal professionals.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured problem-solving, documentation, and execution, and wants hands-on ownership rather than theoretical exposure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Product Execution & Delivery :

- Own execution of assigned product features or modules end-to-end

- Convert requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery

- Track progress, dependencies, and risks; escalate issues early

Documentation & Structuring :

- Create and maintain product documentation (PRDs, flow diagrams, release notes)

- Convert ambiguous inputs into structured outputs

- Maintain Jira tickets, sprint updates, and task breakdowns

- Ensure clarity and completeness before development starts

Research & Analysis :

- Conduct competitive and product research when required

- Analyze usage data, customer feedback, and edge cases

- Support feature validation and post-release analysis

- Assist in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy and reliability

Cross-functional Coordination :

- Coordinate with content, editorial, sales, and operations teams

- Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood

- Follow up on action items and close loops independently

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR :

Must-Have :

- 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, Operations, or similar roles

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- High attention to detail and comfort with documentation-heavy work

- Ability to work with partial information and ambiguity

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

- Structured thinker who can break down problems into clear steps

Good-to-Have :

- Exposure to SaaS, enterprise software, or AI-based products

- Experience working with engineers, designers, or domain experts

- Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum

- Familiarity with analytics tools (Excel, SQL, dashboards)
