Tavant Technologies - Pega Lead System Architect

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Pega solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise-grade Pega applications.

- Define application architecture, design standards, and development best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver robust solutions.

- Design and implement Case Management workflows, Business Processes, Data Pages, and Decisioning components.

- Develop and oversee integrations with external applications using REST APIs and other integration frameworks.

- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and governance activities to ensure solution quality.

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.

- Drive performance optimization, application scalability, and platform stability initiatives.

- Participate in requirement analysis, estimation, solution design, and deployment planning.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and Pega best practices.

- Support modernization initiatives leveraging DX API and Constellation architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in software development and enterprise application architecture.

- Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification is mandatory.

- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Pega solutions.

- Hands-on experience with REST API integrations and enterprise system connectivity.

- Strong understanding of Pega application performance tuning and optimization.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to lead distributed teams and mentor developers.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Pega DX API and Constellation Framework.

- Knowledge of cloud-based deployments and modern architecture practices.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and release management practices.

- Experience with large-scale digital transformation programs.
