Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design and development of enterprise-level solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and development teams to gather and analyze requirements.

- Develop architecture blueprints, solution designs, and technical documentation.

- Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, tools, and frameworks to optimize solution delivery.

- Define system integration approaches, data flow, and API strategies.

- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements.

- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot projects to validate architectural approaches.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during implementation.

- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and support.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continually improve architecture standards.

- Manage stakeholder expectations, present architectural concepts, and influence decision-making.

- Participate in risk assessments and mitigation planning related to solution design.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in IT with significant exposure to solution architecture roles.

- Strong expertise in software architecture, system design, and integration patterns.

- Proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud.

- Hands-on experience with microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and influence technical decisions.

- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills :
