Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect enterprise-level network solutions, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, wireless, and cloud connectivity

- Develop scalable, secure, and resilient network architectures for data centers, branch offices, and cloud environments

- Define network standards, policies, and best practices aligned with organizational goals

- Lead network implementation projects and oversee configuration of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers)

- Optimize network performance, reliability, and latency

- Conduct capacity planning, performance tuning, and traffic analysis

- Implement network security best practices, including segmentation, access control, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems

- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards

- Monitor and mitigate network vulnerabilities and threats

- Work closely with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to deliver integrated solutions

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to network engineers and administrators

- Document network designs, standards, diagrams, and operational procedures

- Establish monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes for the network

- Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root-cause analysis

- Ensure high availability and business continuity through redundancy and failover strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8-12 years of experience in network design, architecture, and implementation

- Strong expertise in Cisco, Juniper, Arista, or equivalent networking hardware

- Proficiency with routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching (VLANs, Spanning Tree), and SD-WAN technologies

- Experience with firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and wireless networking

- Hands-on knowledge of network monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting tools

- Familiarity with cloud networking concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid network architectures

- Understanding of network security principles and best practices

- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent

- Experience with automation and network orchestration tools (Ansible, Python, Terraform)

- Exposure to enterprise-scale deployments and high-availability environments
