Key Responsibilities :


- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for strategic projects, from ideation to delivery.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand goals, processes, and system requirements.

- Gather, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

- Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Use Cases.

- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to validate and refine requirements.

- Translate business needs into process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Work closely with product managers, architects, and developers to design scalable and practical solutions.

- Support testing teams in preparing UAT scenarios, validating results, and ensuring solution alignment with requirements.

- Evaluate solution impacts on business processes and systems; drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Serve as the primary liaison between business, product, and technology teams.

- Manage multiple projects with cross-functional dependencies and tight deadlines.

- Provide status reports, requirement traceability matrices, and project documentation.

- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

- Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, providing guidance on best practices and methodologies.

- Promote standardization of BA frameworks, templates, and documentation.

- Support capability development through knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives.


Required Qualifications & Skills :


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- 8- 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 2- 3 years in a lead or senior role.

- Strong expertise in business requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project environments.

- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, and MS Office Suite.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project management.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven ability to manage complex business problems and cross-functional initiatives.


Preferred / Domain Expertise :


- Experience in one or more of the following domains : Fintech, Telecom, BFSI, E-commerce, or Enterprise IT.

- Knowledge of data analytics, API integration, CRM/ERP systems, or digital transformation initiatives.

- Familiarity with UI/UX design processes and customer journey mapping.

- Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA would be an advantage
