Key Responsibilities :
Infrastructure Strategy & Leadership :
- Define and lead the organizations IT infrastructure roadmap aligned with business and growth objectives
- Drive modernization initiatives across cloud, data center, networking, and end-user computing
- Lead and mentor infrastructure, network, cloud, and support teams
- Manage infrastructure budgets, vendor relationships, and licensing
Cloud, Data Center & Systems :
- Oversee cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure environments
- Lead data center operations, virtualization, and storage platforms
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of infrastructure systems
- Drive infrastructure automation and infrastructure-as-code adoption
Network & Security :
- Govern enterprise network architecture, including LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and load balancers
- Ensure infrastructure security best practices, compliance, and risk management
- Collaborate with security teams on identity, access management, endpoint security, and data protection
Operations & Service Management :
- Ensure 24x7 infrastructure availability and operational excellence
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL-aligned)
- Define SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics for infrastructure services
- Lead disaster recovery (DR), business continuity planning (BCP), and regular testing
Vendor & Stakeholder Management :
- Manage relationships with OEMs, cloud providers, system integrators, and service vendors
- Partner with business leaders and application teams to support enterprise initiatives
- Present infrastructure strategy, risks, and performance updates to senior leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 12-20+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or Enterprise Systems, including leadership roles
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid infrastructure
- Experience with virtualization, storage, and enterprise networking technologies
- Strong understanding of IT security principles, compliance, and governance
- Proven experience managing large-scale, mission-critical IT environments
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, service management, and operational best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Industry certifications (AWS/Azure Architect, ITIL, TOGAF, CISSP, or equivalent)
- Experience driving infrastructure transformation or cloud migration programs
