Job Title : Gen AI/ML Lead (Chatbots and In-Context AI)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a visionary Gen AI/ML Lead to spearhead the development and integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities across our organization. This pivotal role will focus on designing advanced chatbots for HR, Finance, and People Supply Chain, embedding in-context AI into existing applications, and driving Agentic AI initiatives. This position will directly influence productivity enhancements for employees and managers, playing a vital role in our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and lead the Gen AI/ML strategy, aligning with organizational goals.

- Architect and oversee the development of intelligent chatbots for HR, Finance, and People Supply Chain functions.

- Lead initiatives to integrate in-context AI capabilities into existing applications to enhance user experience and productivity.

- Drive the development and deployment of Agentic AI solutions for autonomous and decision-support systems.

- Mentor and guide the AI/ML team, fostering innovation and collaboration.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI/ML solutions.

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML to ensure cutting-edge implementations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.

- 6+ years of overall experience in SW development, with at least 3 years in a AI/ML development leadership role.

- Proven expertise in chatbot development, NLP, and contextual AI technologies.

- Strong understanding of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Agentic AI or autonomous systems.

- Familiarity with HR, Finance, and supply chain business processes.

- Knowledge of ethical AI practices and data governance.
