Description :

As a Technical Product Manager (TPM), youll sit at the intersection of product strategy and engineering execution defining, designing, and delivering API-driven and AI-enabled products that power some of Indias most innovative enterprises.

Youll work closely with engineering, design, sales, and leadership to ship scalable products and integrations that make data connectivity simpler, faster, and more reliable.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own technical products end-to-end : from defining requirements to delivering high-quality releases and measuring success.

- Partner closely with engineering teams to design APIs, evaluate system trade-offs, and ensure seamless integrations across multiple platforms (HRIS, payroll, ERP, etc.

- Write clear, concise PRDs, product specs, and technical documentation that move decisions forward and align teams.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and operations to turn customer problems into scalable, technical solutions.

- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user value.

- Ensure data quality, performance, and scalability across all integrations and verification pipelines.

- Balance immediate customer needs with long-term architectural vision.

- Use analytics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

What Were Looking For :

- 5 to 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or equivalent in a tech-first or API-based company.

- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, data pipelines, and integration frameworks.

- While we don't expect PMs to pass an engineering screen, you should be comfortable discussing API design, data models, and system tradeoffs with engineers and customers.

- Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams you can read and discuss technical designs, data models, and architecture trade-offs.

- Excellent written and verbal communication you can simplify complexity and write crisp product documents.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

- Ability to thrive in high-ownership, fast-paced environments where ambiguity is part of the process.

- Track record of launching impactful, technically complex products or integrations.

Bonus / Preferred Qualifications :

- Tech/ B E -Computer Science or any branch + MBA from Tier 1 college preferred.

- Experience in fintech, HR-tech, or data infrastructure products.

- Prior work with verification, compliance, or data aggregation APIs.

- Familiarity with Postman, SQL, API testing, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).

- Exposure to AI-driven automation or low-code workflow products.
