Target Integration - Senior Odoo Consultant

About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive client communications and ERP strategy for international accounts, focusing on the UK & Ireland.

- Conduct business process analysis and recommend solutions using Odoo modules (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, CRM, HR, etc.).

- Customize Odoo as per client requirements, and coordinate with the development team for technical

needs.

- Provide training and ongoing support to clients post-implementation.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to align ERP solutions with overall business objectives.

- Stay updated on Odoo features and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven track record of handling international clients, particularly in the UK, Ireland, or EU.

- Deep understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and sales.

- Accountancy or finance background (education or experience) is a significant plus.

- Strong communication and client-facing skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Exposure to Odoo.sh, Odoo Enterprise, and community editions.

- Project management certifications or experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Odoo certification (if applicable).

- Prior experience in a client-facing consulting role in a global environment.
