About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant (Odoo) to lead end-to-end implementations and deliver high-quality ERP solutions to clients.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of functional expertise, business process optimization, and hands-on Odoo module configuration.

This role requires deep client engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

ERP Implementation & Configuration :

- Implement, configure, and customize Odoo ERP modules such as Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, CRM, and other related modules.

- Oversee the entire ERP project lifecycle requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Client Interaction & Requirement Analysis :

- Conduct detailed business process analysis and map client requirements into Odoo functionalities.

- Identify gaps and recommend suitable solutions or customizations.

Project Management :

- Manage multiple implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and deliverables.

- Prepare project documentation including BRDs, process flows, test scripts, and user manuals.

Collaboration & Technical Coordination :

- Work closely with development teams for advanced customizations, integrations, and enhancements.

- Support data migration activities and technical troubleshooting during implementation.

Training & Support :

- Conduct end-user training batches for functional modules.

- Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations.

Requirements :

Must-Have Skills :

- Hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation with a strong understanding of core modules.

- Excellent knowledge of business processes across Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Procurement, and Manufacturing.

- Strong communication, client-facing, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a hybrid work environment.

Good-to-Have :

- Basic knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework for functional-level troubleshooting.

- Exposure to integration projects and API-based workflows.

- Experience in drafting functional requirement documents
