Tao Digital - Technical Lead - MERN Stack

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with deep expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)

Strong AWS infrastructure & DevOps skills, and the ability to work across multiple technology stacks and databases (SQL & NoSQL).

This role requires a balance of hands-on development, architectural ownership, and team leadership, along with the flexibility to adopt the right tools and technologies for the problem.

Key Responsibilities :

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of software development experience

- Strong hands-on expertise in the MERN stack

- Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)

- Proven ability to work across multiple tech stacks and learn new technologies quickly

- Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, and scalable architectures

- Strong experience with AWS and cloud-native development

- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, monitoring, containerization)

- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern engineering practices
