About the Role :

TAO Digital Solutions is looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing AI/ML-powered applications with strong expertise in Python, NLP, and modern AI frameworks. This role requires end-to-end involvement - from building machine learning pipelines to deploying scalable APIs and integrating AI solutions with front-end applications in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions with a focus on NLP tasks such as text classification, summarization, and conversational AI.

- Build and integrate LangChain-based pipelines and leverage LLMs through AWS Bedrock, OpenAI APIs, and Hugging Face.

- Work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) to power retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and semantic search use cases.

- Develop and maintain scalable APIs for serving ML models in production.

- Integrate ML features seamlessly into frontend applications (React or similar).

- Utilize AWS services such as Lambda, S3, Bedrock, and Transcribe to design cloud-native AI workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, frontend developers, product managers) to deliver end-to-end AI-powered features.

- Contribute to data pipelines and handle unstructured text processing where required.

- Ensure high code quality, reusability, and adherence to industry best practices.

- Continuously explore and apply the latest research and tools in ML, NLP, and generative AI.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack or backend development with recent focus on Python and AI/ML applications.

- Strong understanding of machine learning and NLP concepts including classification, summarization, embeddings, and conversational AI.

- Proficiency with LangChain, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face Transformers, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).

- Solid experience working with AWS services in SaaS/cloud-native environments.

- Ability to design scalable APIs and integrate models into production systems.

- Hands-on experience integrating AI features into frontend applications (React or similar).

- Exposure to data pipelines and text-processing workflows.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.

- Proven track record of building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
