Tandem Developer - TAL Programming

Job Description :

Role & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications on the HP NonStop (Tandem) platform using TAL programming.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable technical solutions.

- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure system reliability and uptime.

- Work extensively with Enscribe databases, Pathway servers, and TACL scripts for automation and batch

processing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DBAs, infrastructure, and production support teams.

- Provide production support, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure application availability and performance.

- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and integration initiatives with modern technologies.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
