Description :
- Analyze customer funnels from login -registration - activation - retention, identifying drop-off points and optimization opportunities
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments at various funnel stages to improve conversion rates and user engagement
- Track and analyze key performance metrics including DAU, retention rates, LTV, and payment conversion rates
- Use analytics tools to monitor product performance, user behavior patterns, and identify areas for improvement
- Create data-driven insights to inform product decisions and feature prioritization
User Behavior & Payment Psychology :
- Research and understand user motivations for making payments on the platform, analyzing spending patterns across different user segments
- Study human behavior patterns in live calling and gaming contexts to optimize user experiences
- Analyze payment conversion funnels and identify psychological triggers that drive monetization
- Segment users based on behavior and payment propensity to create targeted product experiences
- Collaborate with teams to develop features that align with user psychology and drive revenue
Product Development & Strategy :
- Assist in product roadmap planning and feature prioritization based on data insights and user research
- Create detailed product requirements and user stories for engineering teams
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams
- Monitor product launches and analyze their impact on key business metrics
- Support product strategy development aligned with company goals and market needs
UI/UX & User Segmentation :
- Design UI/UX experiments tailored to different user cohorts, particularly Tier 1 vs Tier 2+ Indian users
- Understand regional preferences and cultural nuances affecting user experience across different Indian markets
- Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive interfaces optimized for diverse user segments
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Optimize user journeys for different demographics and usage patterns
Requirements :
- Past Internship experience in product management, data analysis, or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Proven experience with data analysis and metrics-driven product decisions
