Tachyon Analyst

Role Summary :

We are hiring a Tachyon Analyst to manage and enhance the performance of the 1E Tachyon platform, driving a superior Digital Employee Experience (DEX). The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in endpoint management with strong analytical and communication skills to support enterprise-wide platform operations and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain and optimize 1E Tachyon Platform (On-Prem/SaaS).

- Improve Digital Employee Experience (DEX) through automation, self-healing, and performance enhancements.

- Develop and deploy custom instructions, Guaranteed State rules, and Selfheal capabilities.

- Monitor and troubleshoot device experience, Tachyon agent/server health, and platform performance.

- Integrate Tachyon with ITSM tools and desktop management systems (e.g., OS patching, software delivery).

- Manage endpoint inventory and collaborate with vendors (1E) for issue resolution.

- Design SQL queries, dashboards, and reports using Power BI or Tableau.

- Analyze telemetry data to identify system and user behavior trends for actionable insights.

- Prepare insightful PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders.

- Identify automation opportunities through incident and KB article trend analysis.

- Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring data governance, timely delivery, and stakeholder alignment.

- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analytics and endpoint monitoring.

- Own the complete lifecycle of analytics projects from requirement gathering to insights delivery.

- Ensure outputs from Tachyon modules meet performance and customer value expectations.
