- Architecture & Scalability : Apply proven expertise in Tableau architecture, including design for clustering, scalability, and high availability.

- Automation & Scripting : Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting to streamline administrative tasks, deployments, and monitoring.

- Cloud Integration : Manage Tableau deployments and integrations across various cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and demonstrate experience with Tableau Cloud.

- Database Connectivity : Work with various database systems (SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake), ensuring seamless connectivity and optimized data sources for Tableau.

- Performance Tuning : Monitor server performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize Tableau Server and workbook performance.

- Security & Governance : Implement and enforce security best practices, user access controls, and data governance policies within the Tableau environment.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Provide expert-level support for Tableau Server issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 10+ years of proven experience as a Tableau Server Administrator.

- Demonstrable expertise in Tableau architecture, including clustering, scalability, and high availability.

- In-depth knowledge of Tableau Server installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching.

- Scripting : Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting for automation.

- Cloud Platforms : Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and direct experience with Tableau Cloud.

- Database Systems : Familiarity with connecting Tableau to various database systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, and Snowflake.
