About the Role :

We are seeking a Tableau Developer to design, build, and maintain dashboards that provide actionable business insights.

You will work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive, high-performance visualizations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create scalable Tableau dashboards and reports for large datasets.

- Translate business needs into technical specifications.

- Optimize dashboards for performance and user experience.

- Manage Tableau Server content and user permissions.

- Integrate Tableau with SQL-based data sources.

- Maintain version control for workbook iterations.

Required Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Tableau Development: Expertise in creating dashboards, stories, and interactive reports.

- Data Modeling: Skilled in structuring data for optimal performance in Tableau.

- SQL: Strong querying skills for efficient data retrieval.

- Performance Tuning: Experience in optimizing workbooks for large datasets.

- Advanced Calculations: Proficiency with LOD expressions and table calculations.

Soft Skills :

- Attention to Detail: Deliver accurate and visually clear insights.

- Communication: Ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

- Analytical Thinking: Interpret data trends and patterns effectively.

Good to Have :

- Tableau Desktop/Server Certification.
