Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze data and design dashboard architecture aligned to global platform standards

- Build and enhance interactive dashboards using Tableau Desktop

- Extract, clean, and model data from SQL-based systems

- Write and optimize SQL / T-SQL queries for reporting

- Deliver end-to-end analytics solutions from requirements to deployment

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance

- Integrate Tableau with SQL, Redshift, Excel, and other data sources

- Troubleshoot and support existing dashboards and reports

- Apply data governance, quality, and security principles

- Collaborate with global UX/UI teams for best-in-class visualizations

- Work across the full analytics lifecycle and global stakeholders

Mandatory Skills:

- Tableau Desktop

- Advanced Tableau (LOD, Calculations, Parameters, Filters, Blending)

- SQL / T-SQL (complex queries, optimization)

- Data Modelling

- ETL concepts & hands-on experience

- Dashboard performance tuning

- Reporting automation

Good-to-Have Skills:

- AWS: Redshift, Athena, S3, EC2

- Data Warehouse concepts

- Advanced Excel

- Big Data / distributed data systems

- Data Governance

- UX / UI for analytics

Experience Requirements:

- ~8 years overall experience

- Strong hands-on in Tableau + SQL + ETL

- Enterprise-scale analytics solutions experience

- Global / multi-region stakeholder handling
