T24 Release & Environment Manager

Job Description :

SG IT is looking for an experienced T24 Release & Environment Manager to join an exciting banking transformation program and play a key role in delivering enterprise-scale banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end release lifecycle for Temenos T24 (TAFJ / TAFC) across multiple environments

- Plan and execute release schedules, deployment strategies, rollback plans, and production releases

- Coordinate deployments across Development, SIT, UAT, and Production environments

- Manage environment refresh, cloning, configuration management, and data masking activities

- Perform code migrations, parameter configurations, database updates, and OFS setup activities

- Collaborate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Business teams to ensure seamless releases

- Identify release risks, dependencies, and environment conflicts proactively

- Drive release automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce deployment downtime

- Maintain release governance, audit trails, documentation, and compliance

Requirements :

Skills Required :

- Strong experience with Temenos T24 (TAFJ / TAFC) environments

- Hands-on experience in Release Management & Environment Management

- Experience with T24 components including EB files, routines, JARs, parameters, and OFS interfaces

- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins / Azure DevOps

- Banking domain experience with modules like Payments, Lending, Treasury, etc.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience working in enterprise-scale, highly regulated environments
