System Transformation Consultant

Description :

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

- Must have SAP ECC/S4 audit experience.

- Experience / Exposure to System Transformation (Pre / Post Implementation) Projects for Audit / Non-Audit clients.

- Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases and supporting artifacts for controls

- Experience leading walkthroughs directly with clients for business and IT processes.

- Experience in testing IT Applications/Automated controls (ITAC) around Business Process such as OTC (Order to Cash), PTP (Procure to Pay), RTR (Record to Report) etc.

- Experience in reviewing and testing key reports, ensuring key risks (such as completeness & accuracy) related to IPE (Information Produced by Entity) are addressed.

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively collaborate with US based teams and clients.

- Agility in a dynamic consulting environment, with a desire to grow within this setting.

- Preparing reports and deliverables for clients and other stakeholders.

- Developing and maintaining internal and external relationships.

- Identifying and pursuing business opportunities, supporting line management in proposal development, and managing, coaching, and supporting team members.

- Supporting Engagement Managers with engagement scoping and planning activities.

- Coaching team members in task completion.

- Collaborating effectively with local and regional teams and clients.

- Supporting Engagement Managers in drafting client deliverables for review by Engagement Leaders.

- Managing project economics for engagement teams.

- Conducting detailed review activities and providing coaching to junior team members.

- SOX audit and controls experience.

Good to Have :

- Experience assessing security and controls during system transformation assessments,

- Flexibility to attend meetings based in US time zones to cater to client needs,

- Consulting mindset would have an edge to deliver observations and recommendations to client.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and latest development in SAP and System transformation field.

Education/Qualification :

Level of experience :

Preferred :

- Bachelors or masters degree in accounting, Management Information Systems or equivalent,

- Minimum Years of Experience : 4-7 years of relevant experience

- Chartered Accountant would be preferred,

- Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CISM are preferred.
