System Integration Lead - HIL/ADAS

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced System Integration & HIL Test Engineer with strong expertise in the Automotive/Transportation domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HIL platforms, scripting, automotive communication protocols, and testing methodologies aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work on HIL platforms like dSPACE for test development, execution, and maintenance.

- Develop and automate test cases using CAPL and Python scripting.

- Validate features in Body, Powertrain, and ADAS domains.

- Work with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UDS, OBD, and Network Management (NM).

- Ensure compliance with ASPICE, quality standards, and Functional Safety guidelines during testing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.

- Prepare test documentation, reports, and defect tracking.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with dSPACE or similar HIL systems.

- Strong scripting abilities in CAPL and Python.

- Expertise in automotive protocols CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UDS, OBD, NM.

- Knowledge of ASPICE processes, Quality Management, and Functional Safety (ISO 26262) for testing.

- Excellent communication skills with mentoring or team support experience.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of automation frameworks or CI/CD for testing.

- Understanding of ECU testing and diagnostics.
