System Engineer - Telecom Systems

Role Overview :

We are looking for skilled and motivated System Engineers to join our team in Pune and Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of telecom domain systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and hands-on expertise in network implementation, system upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain telecom systems, applications, and databases.

- Perform patch installations, firmware upgrades, and system optimizations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCRF, packet core, mediation, billing, rating & charging, provisioning, and CRM systems.

- Implement and support network solutions including TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, and AAA systems.

- Work with technologies such as Apache, Cisco, Tomcat, Linux, Solaris, Oracle, JavaScript, and JSP.

- Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support telecom operations and customer requirements.

- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and operational manuals.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Telecom Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of PCRF, packet core, mediation, billing, CRM, provisioning, and charging systems.

- Technical Skills : Hands-on experience with Apache, Cisco, Tomcat, Linux, Solaris, Oracle, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Radius, Diameter, and AAA.

- Scripting/Programming : Basic knowledge of JavaScript and JSP.

- System Management : Expertise in patch installation, firmware upgrades, and system troubleshooting.

- Analytical Skills : Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical ability.

- Communication : Excellent oral and written documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or a related field.

- Prior experience in telecom domain support or system engineering roles
