About the Role :

We are hiring a System Engineer to manage, maintain, and support IT infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with system administration, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and manage servers, networks, and system software.

- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.

- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching of systems.

- Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

- Manage user accounts, access controls, and security policies.

- Support IT infrastructure for applications, backups, and disaster recovery.

- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.

- Collaborate with IT teams to improve system efficiency and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments.

- Experience in network configuration, firewalls, VPN, and security protocols.

- Understanding of virtualization tools (VMware, Hyper-V).

- Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).

- Good troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-resolution skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a structured environment.
