Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure that support business operations.

The role involves managing servers, networks, cloud environments, and ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and configure enterprise systems (servers, storage, networks, and cloud).

- Develop and maintain system architecture diagrams and documentation.

- Implement virtualization and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, Hyper-V).

- Monitor and optimize performance of servers, databases, and networks.

- Perform upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance.

- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and resolve escalations.

- Implement security controls, firewalls, and access management policies.

- Ensure compliance with IT standards, data protection, and regulatory requirements.

- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

- Work closely with developers, system admins, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments.

- Provide L2/L3 support for system incidents and outages.

- Train and guide junior IT staff.

- Automate system tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

- Recommend and adopt emerging technologies to improve system efficiency.
