Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced System Engineer with strong expertise in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and automation frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customizing workflows, building dashboards, supporting agile development practices, and driving quality improvements in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

- Support and enhance programmable add-ons/plug-ins such as Draw.io, Comala, ScriptRunner, etc.

- Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to support project and team requirements.

- Work with Jira Service Desk for ticketing and support functions.

- Write and optimize SQL and JQL queries for reporting and analysis.

- Support Continuous Integration (CI) processes and contribute to test automation frameworks.

- Develop scripts/programs using Java, Groovy, and Python to automate processes and integrations.

- Collaborate with QA teams on test automation frameworks and drive improvements.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Proactively troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability in complex computing environments.

Required Skills (Maximum 6) :

- 58 years of System Engineering experience.

- Strong experience with Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence).

- Hands-on with workflows, dashboards, reports, and Jira Service Desk.

- Experience in Continuous Integration & Test Automation Frameworks.

- Strong scripting/programming skills (Java, Groovy, Python).

- Knowledge of SQL, JQL, and QA automation frameworks.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Maximum 3) :

- Experience with additional Atlassian plug-ins (Draw.io, Comala, ScriptRunner).

- Experience in banking/financial services domain.

- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Education Requirements : Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
