System Analyst (Actimize / Compliance system)

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst with a strong background in compliance and surveillance platforms. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders from compliance, operations, and IT to design, support, and enhance monitoring systems, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and design system enhancements. They will support and maintain compliance monitoring platforms (Actimize, FIRCOSOFT, Mantas, Norkom, or similar), focusing on system performance and accuracy.

The role involves data mapping, interface design, workflow configuration, system upgrades, integration projects, and user acceptance testing, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit standards.

Requirements :

- Candidates must have at least 6 years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.

- They should have exposure to compliance or surveillance systems and a strong understanding of AML, fraud detection, or regulatory reporting domains.

- Technical expertise in SQL, data analysis, and large-scale system implementations is required.

- Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments will be an advantage.
