Engagement : Contract

Experience : 4 to 8 Years (modifiable)

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Windows System Administrator to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise Windows systems and infrastructure.

The role involves ensuring high availability, stability, and optimal performance of servers and enterprise IT systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers & Active Directory environments.

- Manage Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, user accounts, and permissions.

- Perform system patching, updates, and security hardening.

- Troubleshoot performance, hardware, OS, and network issues.

- Maintain backup & recovery procedures, incident handling, RCA & documentation.

- Monitor system performance and capacity planning.

- Ensure compliance with IT security guidelines and operational SLAs.

Required Skills :

- Windows Server Administration (2012/2016/2019)

- Active Directory / DNS / DHCP / Group Policies

- Backup & Restore tools

- PowerShell scripting (good to have)

- Knowledge of virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V optional)

Soft Skills :

- Strong troubleshooting and ownership mindset

- Good communication and documentation skills
