System Administrator - IT Operations

Description :

- Design, implement, and maintain networks, servers, and firewalls policies and procedures

- Install, configure, and maintain client machines and servers

- Plan for hardware and software upgrades

- Troubleshoot and remediate flaws

- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems

- Monitor and evaluate logging procedures

- Mentor and train team members

- Manage and maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation

- Provide technical support to the IT team

Skills and experience :

- Proven relevant working experience of minimum 3-5 years in IT/ITES industry

- Strong background in system administration

- Excellent problem-solving skills & Ability to manage complex IT environments

- Hands-on experience with various operating systems (Windows & Ubuntu)

- Experience with Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, and VMware technologies

- Expertise in data center management and data governance

- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation with

knowledge on Firewall, Information Security and compliance standards

- Preferred CCNA/ CCNP certified Professionals

- Diploma / BE / B.Sc in CS or IS
