Key Responsibilities :

As a Senior System Administrator, you will be responsible for :

- IT Strategy & Planning : Align IT infrastructure with business goals and drive strategic IT initiatives.

- Infrastructure Management : Maintain and optimize servers, storage, and cloud environments.

- Operational Management : Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of IT systems and services.

- Networking & Connectivity : Configure and manage LAN, WAN, VPNs, and internet connectivity.

- Hardware & Software Management : Oversee procurement, setup, and lifecycle management of IT assets.

- Security & Data Protection : Implement best practices in cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery.

- Vendor & Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with service providers and internal teams for IT solutions.

- Tech Support & Troubleshooting : Provide Level 2/3 support for system issues and user queries.

- Budgeting & Resource Management : Plan and manage IT budgets, tools, and resources efficiently.

- Digital Transformation : Lead adoption of new technologies and contribute to automation initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in IT or related field (Masters/Certification a plus).

- 5+ years of experience in IT management, especially in hardware, networking, and system integration.

- Expertise in networking, data security, DevOps and cloud solutions.

- Proven leadership and project management expertise.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
